Non-Return Policy

This Non-Return Policy ("Policy") governs the procedures and guidelines for non-returnable items in your subscription book box service provided by Skolr Media Group, LLC. ("we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to our service, you agree to be bound by this Policy.

1. Expectation of Returning Books

1.1. We expect that you will return the books provided in each subscription box upon completion of your subscription term. The return of books is an integral part of our service.

2. Missing Books and Fees

2.1. If you fail to return all the books included in your subscription box or if some books are missing, a fee will be applied for each missing book.

2.2. The fee for each missing book will be $.50 each day past the return-by date, up to but not exceeding the current subscription value of your box.  Should the books fail to be returned by the next ship-out date, the payment method on file will be charged the then current "to-buy" price.  Receipt of payment for the book(s) indicate they will be yours to keep.

3. Reason for Non-Returnable Policy

3.1. Our non-return policy is in place to ensure that all subscribers receive unique and curated items. Returning books or not returning all books affects the experience of other subscribers.

3.2. The non-returnable policy also allows us to manage inventory effectively and reduce waste.

4. Inspection and Reporting

4.1. We encourage you to inspect the contents of your subscription book box upon receipt.

4.2. If you notice any damage or defects in your items, please refer to our Damage Policy for appropriate procedures and guidelines.

5. Cancellation

5.1. If you wish to discontinue your subscription, you may cancel at any time by following the instructions on our website. We reserve the right to withhold refunds and/or assess fees for non-returned books for items in previously shipped subscription boxes.

6. Exception to the Non-Return Policy

6.1. We may consider exceptions to this non-return policy on a case-by-case basis for situations not covered by our Damage Policy.

6.2. Exceptions will be evaluated by our Customer Support team, and a decision will be communicated to you.

 

7. Changes to the Policy

We reserve the right to update this Non-Return Policy from time to time, and the most recent version will be posted on our website. Your continued use of our subscription book box service after changes constitute your acceptance of the updated Policy.
